Q). Are Briargate Management properties pet friendly?
A).
Briargate Management allows cats at all our properties with a pet deposit of $250.00 paid upon move-in.
Clearwing Subdivision is the only location where we accept dogs excluding. Tenants are allowed to have 1 dog 25 lbs or under with a pet deposit of $650.00 paid upon dog arrives.
Briargate Management will refund your pet deposit if there are no damages done to our property along with the security deposit refund. If a tenant does have a pet, the tenant is responsible for shampooing and deodorizing for allergens upon move-out of the Briargate Management rental.
